Yes! We can! We have a fully equipped, purpose-designed technical workshop. We have experienced technicians. If you're having a problem with your computer, or anything computer related, we're here and happy to help out.

Sure. That's not a problem. Just give us a call (07 4658 3937) and arrange for one of our technicians to visit you. Please keep in mind that conditions apply and additional fees may be involved.

I need help now! Can you help?

Yes, we can. If you have Internet access, we can gain remote access to your computer and assess your problem. If we can't fix your problem this way then we can certainly help you understand the scope of the problem and how best to get you up and running again.

Sounds good, how do I get remote help?

Click here to download a program called "CrossLoop". Once you've downloaded "CrossLoop" call us on 07 4658 3937 and we can talk you through installing the program and then connect remotely to your computer. (Sometimes we may be very busy and you may have to book an appointment for one of our technicians to assist you.)
